The journey as both an athlete and coach is always continuing. We can choose to stay within our comfort zones or learn to apply new ways of thinking, moving, and approaching our workouts that may benefit us in the long run.
I encourage you to not think of things as “right” or “wrong”. Instead, what value can we find in each approach and how can we help ourselves and others with even a small piece of what we have learned.
